Weekend warrior exercisers meeting WHO guidelines can still lose weight, per a study in Obesity.

A study published in the journal Obesity reveals that individuals who exercise just once or twice a week, known as "weekend warriors," can still lose weight, provided they meet the World Health Organisation's (WHO) guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week. The research team believes their findings will be beneficial for people whose jobs require them to sit for most of the day.
