6pm-midnight exercise lowers cardiovascular, premature death risk in obese individuals: University of Sydney study.

A University of Sydney study has found that obese individuals who exercise between 6pm and midnight have a lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease and premature death. The research, conducted on nearly 30,000 participants over eight years, suggests that multiple short bursts of vigorous physical activity during this period are more important than overall physical activity. The study indicates that the timing of physical activity could be an essential factor in future obesity and Type 2 diabetes management, as well as preventive healthcare in general.
