Exercising in the morning and evening linked to lower colon cancer risk, study suggests.

A new study indicates that exercising in the morning and evening, particularly around 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., is linked to an 11% lower risk of colon cancer. Researchers analyzed data from over 86,000 people and found that those with peak activity in early and late parts of the day had a reduced risk. While the study suggests that regular all-day physical activity, especially for those with sedentary jobs, may be beneficial, it has limitations including a lack of racial diversity and a short timeframe for data collection.
