A study finds morning and evening exercise may lower bowel cancer risk by 11% in adults.

A study from Regensburg University, involving over 86,000 participants aged 42 to 79, found that morning and evening physical activity may reduce bowel cancer risk by 11%. Analyzing UK Biobank data, researchers identified activity peaks at 8am and 6pm, suggesting that timing, in addition to overall exercise, is significant for cancer prevention. The findings could lead to more tailored exercise recommendations to lower colorectal cancer risk.
