31-year-old Danielle Massey is charged over the death of her seven-month-old son, Charlie Goodall, who was found unresponsive in a bath at their home in Chilton, County Durham in February 2022. Massey, who is also charged with possession of cannabis, will appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court. The child was airlifted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary but tragically died shortly after arrival.
