31-year-old Brittany Dawn Riley, from Statesville, NC, has been arrested and charged with felony child abuse after her 2-year-old son overdosed on drugs. Riley admitted to using fentanyl and methamphetamine at home before her child was found unresponsive. The child was administered Narcan at the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
