Found buried in a Massachusetts park in 2021, Elijah weighed only 19 pounds. Dauphinais faces over 50 years in prison, while her boyfriend, Joseph Stapf, received a 22 to 45-year sentence for related charges. Elijah's father has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against them and the state's child welfare agency.
