Brijin McCullough, 31, and Wilma Presley were sentenced for the death of their 1-year-old son in Kansas. McCullough received 36 years for second-degree murder and related felonies, while Presley was sentenced to 20 years for distributing a controlled substance causing death and child endangerment. The child was reported unresponsive at a Walmart on October 31, 2021, and was pronounced dead at a Wichita hospital shortly after.
