22-year-old Raeleigh Phillips is facing charges in connection with the death of her 9-day-old son, Emmett, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Police and EMS found the infant unconscious and unresponsive in his car seat, where he had been left for 13 hours. The cause of death was determined to be positional asphyxia.
