3 family members charged with the death of 2-year-old Ethan Ives in North Wales. Michael Ives, 46, and Kerry Ives, 45, were charged with murder, causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm, and child neglect. Shannon Kayleigh Ives, 27, was charged with causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm and child neglect. All three appeared in court, with Michael and Kerry remanded into custody for a Crown Court appearance.
