St. Louis's last Native American mound transfers to Osage Nation, with plans for a cultural center.

Plans include developing a cultural and interpretive center overlooking the Mississippi River. Although the Osage Nation and the city of St. Louis are working together, a pharmaceutical fraternity still owns another house on the mound, complicating the full transfer.
