B.C. 's Pay Transparency Act, implemented on Nov. 1, requires employers to include the expected salary range in publicly advertised positions. However, a recent survey by job site Indeed revealed that nearly a quarter of job posts in the province failed to mention the salary information. Despite an increase in pay transparency, some B.C. companies are still not complying with the legislation.
