Illinois will implement a new law in 2025 requiring businesses with 15 or more employees to list pay scales, benefits, bonuses, and other incentives in job postings. Third-party job listing websites must also comply. Similar laws are already in effect in California and Washington, while Colorado, Maryland, and Connecticut require disclosure of pay and benefits information upon request during interviews.
