41% of surveyed large European employers have not started preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which requires companies with over 100 employees in the EU to disclose pay levels, report on gender pay gaps annually, and take action if the gap is over 5%. The Directive, set to take effect in June 2026, is prompting 55% of senior HR executives to consider a single approach to pay across their international operations.
