Nepali Sherpa climber Kami Rita has scaled Mount Everest for the 29th time, setting a new record for the most ascents of the world's tallest peak. Kami Rita, also known as 'Everest Man', broke his own record from last year and now holds the title for the most ascents in Everest's 71-year climbing history. This marks his 29th successful summit of the 8,848.86-meter peak, with the record-setting climb taking place on May 12.
