Crowds of emotional South Koreans bid farewell to beloved panda Fu Bao, the first giant panda born in South Korea, as she returns to China after nearly four years. Fu Bao has been a major attraction at the Everland theme park since her birth in 2020. China sends pandas abroad as a sign of goodwill but maintains ownership over the animals and their cubs.
