The Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center in Superior, Wisconsin, and the non-profit World War II historical preservation group Pacific Wrecks have announced a search for the wreckage of WWII ace fighter pilot Richard Bong's plane, the Lockheed P-38 Lightning nicknamed "Marge," in the South Pacific.
