The software, called 'Public Complaints Management System' (PCMS), enables real-time monitoring of complaints, categorising feedback, and allocating them to the right officials for prompt resolution. The software's advanced analytical capabilities allow DMRC to analyse the nature of complaints received and the level of satisfaction among complainants, helping identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
