India's Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) has received approval for a Rs 128 crore allocation to implement CPGRAMS (Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) version 8.0 over the next two years. The upgraded technology platform aims to bridge the gap between citizens and the government, empowering citizens and optimizing transparency and accountability. The IBM Center for The Business of Government in the US invited DARPG for a presentation to US government officials and stakeholders.
