Study shows Jennifer Aniston's Pvolve fitness program boosts strength and flexibility in menopausal women.

A new study published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise finds that Jennifer Aniston's fitness program, Pvolve, improves strength, balance, and flexibility in women during and after menopause. Participants aged 40 to 60 saw a 19% increase in hip strength and lower body strength, a 21% improvement in lower body flexibility, and a 10% increase in balance and stability compared to those who did regular moderate exercise. The improvements were consistent across different stages of menopause.
