UN confirms aid deliveries to Syria, but warns of shortages and challenges for pregnant, lactating women.

The UN reports that aid from Turkey is reaching northwest Syria without issues, with the World Food Programme delivering food and a cholera vaccination campaign active in northeast Syria. However, the UN warns of supply shortages, financial problems, and security concerns, including a lack of nutrition for pregnant and nursing women. Over 58,000 people have recently returned to Syria from neighboring countries.
