Man charged with manslaughter after person died from fentanyl he allegedly sold.
Tyrell Shamon Johnson, a 35-year-old from Fairhope, Alabama, has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly selling fentanyl to an individual who died from an overdose on December 9 in Gulf Shores. Johnson admitted to supplying the fentanyl and is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Baldwin County Corrections Center. The Baldwin County Drug Task Force is leading the investigation.
