25-year-old Chattanooga man, Jonathan Bash, was sentenced to 21 years in federal prison for supplying drugs that led to the death of 19-year-old Charlotte Gallant. Bash sold a fentanyl analogue, misrepresenting it as ketamine, to a young man who shared it with Ms. Gallant. Both individuals overdosed; the young man survived but Ms. Gallant could not be revived. The case involved collaboration between multiple law enforcement agencies.
