Robert Leso, 82, from Chesterville, Maine, was fatally struck by a tractor-trailer in Farmington on Monday morning around 10:30 a.m. The truck had stopped for a pedestrian and, when it resumed motion, hit Leso, who entered the street from the passenger side. Authorities do not believe the driver saw him and do not expect charges to be filed.
