57-year-old man in a wheelchair was fatally struck by a cement truck in South Boston, Massachusetts, near the intersection of Frontage Road and Traveler Street under I-93 overpass. The man, known to be kind and generous, was hit by the truck at around 10:10 a.m. The driver of the cement truck was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The intersection was shut down during the investigation, which is ongoing.
