20-year-old Julian Gibson from Marion was identified as the pedestrian killed after being hit by a semi-tractor trailer on Iowa Highway 13 near Linn Aire Avenue on April 26. Emergency responders were called to the scene at around 3 a.m. and attempted life-saving measures, but Gibson died at the scene. The semi driver was uninjured and has not faced charges.
