North Carolina woman, Jacobia Crisp, appeared in court for allegedly helping escapee Ramone Alston evade law enforcement after he escaped from a transport van. Crisp faces charges of aiding and abetting a fugitive and harboring an escapee, which could lead to over five years in prison if convicted. Alston, a convicted murderer, was later captured at a hotel in Kannapolis.
