A dermatology clinic breached the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights after a man was left badly burnt due to receiving the wrong treatment. The man was undergoing phototherapy at the clinic to treat his eczema when an employee accidentally opened a folder for another patient and loaded the stronger treatment. The man developed severe burns and blisters and the clinic apologized for the error.
