Mitsubishi Shipbuilding has launched the Trans Harmony Green, the first of two LNG-powered roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) ships built for Toyofuji Shipping. The 195-meter-long vessel, designed to operate in Asian shipping routes, can transport up to 3,000 cars and features LNG-powered dual-fuel engines that reduce CO2 emissions by over 25%. The ship's handover is scheduled for late January 2025 after outfitting work and sea trials.
