Four large dinosaur teeth unearthed in Guangdong, China, belong to the Tyrannosauroidea group, dating back 70-66 million years. They are the southernmost fossil evidence of this taxon in China, found during the Maastrichtian stage of the Late Cretaceous period. Three teeth were discovered in 2010, while the fourth was found in 2020. These fossils provide new insights into dinosaurs in south China.
