Former President Jacob Zuma's bid to privately prosecute State advocate Billy Downer and journalist Karyn Maughan for leaking his medical records was struck off the court roll in Pietermaritzburg. Zuma had accused Downer, the lead prosecutor in his corruption case, and Maughan of leaking his medical records.
