High Court in Lilongwe, Malawi, ruled that it's premature for VP Saulos Chilima's defence to seek sensitive disclosures in corruption case. Judge Redson Kapindu stated that if during trial, sensitive documents prove relevant to a fair trial, Anti Corruption Bureau must decide whether to disclose or discontinue case. Defence and legal teams, Attorney General, and ACB counsel will have access to "only see basis" of sensitive documents.
