More than 40 cases of norovirus have been linked to raw oysters served at restaurants in San Diego.

The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency has linked 41 confirmed and probable cases of norovirus illness to raw oysters imported from a specific harvest location in Northwest Mexico. The cases began in mid-December, when people dined on oysters from Sonora, Mexico. The county is asking those who purchased "Rocky Point oysters" to not eat or serve them until an investigation is complete.
