Irish Revenue seeks to dissolve another BlackBee Investment Group company due to non-compliance.

The Irish Revenue is seeking to have a third company connected to the struggling BlackBee Investment Group wound up in the High Court. The court adjourned the case for four weeks to allow the Corporate Enforcement Authority to file an affidavit. The CEA had previously ordered BlackBee Group Holdings Limited and its founder, David O'Shea, to meet certain filing obligations, which they failed to do. Over 1,600 former clients have filed claims for compensation.
