Bank of Ireland ordered to disclose more information in High Court case over €19.7m owed to former J&E Davy investors.
Bank of Ireland (BoI) must disclose more information in a High Court case taken by a company representing former J&E Davy investors, who claim the bank still owes €19.7m for the purchase of the stockbrokers. Ailmount Investments Ltd, which held the legal interest in Amber Note on behalf of 722 investors, sued Bank of Ireland Nominee 1 Ltd and its guarantor, the Governor and Company of BoI. The judge ruled that BoI must provide further information as part of its preparation for the hearing, after documents it initially refused to disclose were requested by Ailmount.
