Irish company Abbeytrill Partnership sues Department of Integration for €1.9M unpaid invoices, citing breach of contract after payment suspension due to non-compliance.

Abbeytrill Partnership, an Irish company providing asylum-seeker accommodation, filed a lawsuit against the Department of Integration, claiming €1.9 million in unpaid invoices for July, August, and part of September. The Department suspended payments in June due to non-compliance with building standards, and Abbeytrill alleges a breach of contract. The case has been admitted to the Commercial Court, and efforts to resolve the dispute outside of court have failed.
