Irish Supreme Court critiques combative litigation between O'Flynn and O'Driscoll's insolvency practitioner; court holds O'Flynn's objection should be heard by the High Court.

Justice Elizabeth Dunne stated that a more reasonable approach could have prevented the litigation, which arose from O'Flynn's attempt to object the personal insolvency arrangement (PIA) of O'Driscoll. The court held that O'Flynn's objection should be heard by the High Court.
