U.S. indicts three Russians for running crypto mixers linked to cybercrime funding.

Three Russian nationals have been indicted by a federal grand jury for operating cryptocurrency mixing services Blender.io and Sinbad.io, which were used to launder funds for cybercriminals, including North Korean hackers. Two of the defendants, Roman Ostapenko and Alexander Oleynik, have been arrested, while Anton Tarasov remains at large. The U.S. Treasury has previously sanctioned Blender.io for aiding in concealing the proceeds of cyber thefts.
