Bulgaria will file charges against Ruja Ignatova, the founder of OneCoin, for a massive crypto fraud scheme. Authorities are seeking to seize assets they believe were acquired through the OneCoin pyramid scheme, which reportedly defrauded investors of around $4bn. The US is offering a $5m reward for information leading to Ignatova's arrest, and she has been added to the FBI's most wanted list.
