Several Danish banks and companies including Ringkjøbing Landbobank, Schouw & Co., Danske Bank, Sydbank, Alm. Brand A/S, and ISS A/S have conducted share buyback programs in 2024, purchasing shares worth millions of Danish Kroner to reduce share capital and redistribute cash. These programs comply with EU's Safe Harbour rules and Market Abuse Regulation, with purchases ranging from Ringkjøbing's 631,900 shares to Schouw & Co.'s purchase bringing their total to 7.88% of share capital.
