Several companies in Denmark have recently announced share buy-back programs. Scandinavian Tobacco Group initiated a DKK 850 million program on November 10, 2023, lasting until February 28, 2025. Alm. Brand A/S started a DKK 150 million buy-back on August 15, 2024. Danske Bank, ISS A/S, and Sydbank also launched similar initiatives, focusing on capital structure adjustments and shareholder returns, all adhering to Safe Harbour regulations.
