The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charged two men, Waheed-ul-Zahoor and Mubashir Maqbool Mir, in a Jammu and Kashmir arms and explosives seizure case linked to the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) group.
The seizure happened on June 30 at a checkpoint in Baramulla district.
Waheed, the driver of the vehicle, was in contact with Pakistan-based HM handlers.
The NIA continues to investigate to uncover the full extent of the conspiracy and the intended destination of the seized materials.
