The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has chargedheeted two individuals, including a Libya-based ISIS terrorist, for their alleged involvement in a conspiracy to further an anti-India agenda. The accused, Mohammed Zoheb Khan and Libya-based Mohammed Shoeb Khan, have been linked to a plot to recruit vulnerable youth for terror attacks in India. The NIA disclosed that they established a WhatsApp group involving over 50 youths from Aurangabad to radicalize and recruit them for ISIS activities.
