Devon farmer faces legal battle for ploughing fields containing WWII relics, despite previous injunctions.

Devon farmer Andrew Cooper is in legal dispute with Natural England over ploughing fields on his rented National Trust land that contain irreplaceable archaeological remains and WWII relics. Despite previous convictions and orders to stop, Cooper continued ploughing, leading Natural England to seek a permanent injunction, which was initially denied by a High Court judge. The case is now being appealed to the Court of Appeal.
