55-year-old Richard Newton from Ilkeston was left with a destroyed garden after hiring landscaper D&F Landscape UK, found on Bark website, who took £11,000 but failed to complete the job. Newton reported the matter to Nottinghamshire Police and Bark, who expressed regret. Newton hired another landscaper to fix the damage at his own expense. D&F Landscape UK has not responded to contact attempts.
