77-year-old Ivor Salter was fined for storing scrap metal, end-of-life vehicles, and waste at his garden in Otterford Caravan Park, Somerset. Despite Environment Agency officers visiting the site in Jan 2023 and giving Salter until end 2023 to clear the waste, they found the site still littered with scrap metal, vehicles, batteries, wood, and tyres in January 2023. The site has since been cleared.
