After 36 years, DNA evidence and genetic genealogy testing have identified John Guillot Jr. as the killer of 18-year-old Tracy Whitney, whose body was found in a river near Sumner, Washington, in 1988. Although Guillot Jr. had died eight months before the identification, his son’s DNA confirmed the match. Tracy's sister, Robin Whitney, found closure despite not having the killer face justice.
