King County launches program aiding veterans with housing, finances, and health support.
The King County Veterans Program (KCVP) offers a range of support services to veterans and their families in Seattle and Tukwila, including financial aid, housing assistance, employment support, and wellness services. A key program, the Collaborative Case Management Pilot, provides rental assistance and supportive services to help veterans stay in stable housing. Eligibility for this program requires being low-income, homeless, and registered for VA Healthcare. Services are available at KCVP offices, open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with walk-ins welcome. More information can be found on the King County website.
