British Columbia's Housing Minister Ravi Kahlon has announced a third temporary transitional housing site in Kelowna, set to provide 60 units for homeless individuals at 3199 Appaloosa Road. The project, part of a three-year response program for homeless encampments, will open in 2025 and offer living spaces, overdose prevention services, care professionals, and support services.
