This initiative will establish the ItalyNorth cloud region as one of Microsoft's largest data centers in Europe, serving as a data hub for the Mediterranean and North Africa. The investment was discussed in a meeting between Microsoft Chairman Brad Smith and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
